My internet keeps dropping out as well and I can't seem to get through to anyone either via chat or phone. I've left a message via support box earlier but haven't had any response since then.
I'm seriously considering moving off TPG today, unless I get a call back.
My internet has been dropping out for weeks now and I am on the highest NBN speed plan. Can somebody please help me out? We have been working from home and having to use our own mobile phone data plan to supplement the issues.
