Hi Shane,

I can see your Modem got sync,

Operational Status Up   RTX Actual Throughput 20219.0 kbps 54442.0 kbps
Service Stability STABLE   RTX Actual Net Data Rate 20426.0 kbps 54998.0 kbps
Service Speed Indicator Service is performing within specification. Performance Trouble Tickets should not be lodged for this service.   RTX Attainable Throughput 20075.0 kbps 70606.0 kbps

Seems your modem not authenticated, that's why you are not able to browse.

Thanks

No I have just now installed a new modem because the old one was loosing internet all the time
The new modem is DLink dsl-3890
DLink tech support could not get it going and said either I have no internet or I need to change my user name of password

Hey Shane1,
I have the same Dlink router and can't get it to connect with tpg, despite my old router connecting fine. What settings did you use to get it working?
Thanks!
