Checking the Service Status and NBN Outage page, there appears to be no outage nor maintenance in your area. 

 

Although I have detected no signal on your connection. I have raised the issue to our Engineering team so they can investigate. Please ensure to keep the modem connected and powered on for remote testing purposes.

No internet all day today, will a technician come to fix it next week at the earliest?
