Hi. I live at Revesby NSW. I have been away. Came home to internet that works but is so slow it is hopeless. I have checked that all is working ok. My neighour who is with another provider is having the same problem. Can anyone advise please?

We've run some test and was not able to detect any fault within the copper network, but I can confirm that the sync speed of the modem is very low compared to what you should receive.
We've escalated the case to our Engineering team for further investigation and they'll be in touch with you via SMS or phone call within 24 to 48 hours to provide an update.
