Have had no internet all day. Have checked NBN and all connected. Have turned of at wall etc and still have no internet

Same problem here.  No one is answering the Tech Support at 13 14 23.  No internet all day.

Yes still on hold, almost one and half hours, so frustrating

Same here. So frustrating. I have flashing downstream light that’s all! Nbn reports no outages
