Is is possible to keep me connected with Perth server instead of Sydney within CG-NAT?

Hi,

I'm based in perth and using 5G wireless internet. I'm aware that 5G uses CGNAT technology. Sometimes, i'm connected with perth routing server and sometimes i'm connected to Sydney routing server. Is it possible to assign me to perth server only? It causes very high latency to local perth server like 80+ ms instead on 12-20ms. Thanks.
