Get online support
I've been on hold for half an hour now and I couldn't get in. I looked at the outage page and it only says Bassendean WA but nothing on Dayton WA (although Bassendean is quite close). Anyone knows if there is an outage? And if there is, when will it get resolved?

There's a possibility that your service was affected by an outage, which was already resolved.
Are you still not able to access the internet? Have you checked it directly with NBN network status if your service is affected?
