Issues signing into new account

I moved from my NBN account to 5G wireless when I moved house and was assigned a new username as well Issue is I can log in to this TPG forum but cannot access my actual account ie bills etc. I can however use my old account which should be deactivated and see it linked through there Any help would be great 😅 yes I’ve tried the reset password link etc spoke to TPG many times .. Do I need a computer to do it on ?

If you have the 5G Home Broadband service, please use your Account number to log in to My Account.
