Junk Email problems

I've had at least 2 emails sent to Junk when they were OK before.

I tried to fix this but I can't edit my email filter settings. It says: "Firefox Can’t Open This Page. To protect your security, postoffice.tpg.com.au will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this page, you need to open it in a new window."

How do I fix this?

@Gabby . There has been a problem with address filters since 20th Sep. TPG caused the problem but it won't be fixed until the transfer to TMC. I wonder if TPG has an update.
