Get online support
I have been trying to link office 365 and tpg mail account for weeks now with nil success. Similar to others on this issue I keep being asked for username and password that just does not connect or accept. There must be an easier way as this is time consuming and unacceptable. Can you please assist.

Thanks for raising this to us, do you get error message when trying to set up your TPG Email? If so, please post a screenshot on this thread for reference.
