The past week my internet has been disconnecting. Last night it was disconnected for a prolongued period from 6pm - 11pm + can you please check for issues with my ADSL2 line. I have no home phone connected.

They've detected a fault within the copper network and the case is now being handled by our Engineering team. A Telstra technician has been booked and they will check the service on or before the 21st of May, 2019. Your attendance is NOT required.
