Locked myself out of router?!

Hi

I was trying to set up parental controls and was snooping around the settings
on the 192. ...?.... (router? 🤷🏼‍♀️) site... and it appears as though I have locked myself out!?! 😩🤷🏼‍♀️

I know nothing about internet and I have no idea what I have done, please help! 🙏🏼

Hi @polkadotimages . What is the error you get? Does the browser page timeout or wrong admin password?

What model router is it?

Turn router off and on to see if that clears the lockout. The ip address is 192.168.1.1.

If not, use a paper clip to factory reset the router. Press in the clip until the lights flash. All settings back to original. Wifi names and passwords and admin password. This should let you login again.

You can let the router auto-configure which takes a little while or do the settings yourself.
