Low speed in 5G home broadband

Hi TPG,

I am a 5G home broadband user. The Internet speed has been slow in recent days. The 5G signal is fine, and the modem always stays in the state of 2 or 3 green lights, but the network speed is still slow. I tested the speed, download speed is usually lower than 10 Mbps.
