Why on earth is there so much NBN maintenance done in my area? I work 3 days of the week from home and rely on consistent internet connection to do my work. In April alone, I counted 6 maintenant events that disrupted our connection.

NBN reserves the right to perform maintenance work from time to time, which may temporarily interrupt your access to the service. Where possible, NBN will perform this work during non-peak times.

If after the maintenance/outage you still do not have internet access, do reach out to us in order to check the status of your service.
