I have installed TPG mobile app on my Samsung Galaxy phone.
I can't login the app on mobile with current username and password which I can access the web.
Error message is
TPG username or password is incorrect (Error code H6YPVC)
The irony is - it is the same username and password which I am using to access my TPG account on web and writing this email.
The TPG Mobile App will only work if you are enquiring about your broadband service. At the moment, if you are trying to access your Mobile service, it is currently not available.
