Modem delivery

Hi I signed up yesterday morning and I am still awaiting an email to say my modem is on its way. When should I expect this it's been over 24hrs since I signed up

The dispatch of the modem/router may take 2-3 working days upon sending the application.

From the day of the equipment release from our Warehouse you should receive an email confirmation.
