Hello, I've recently moved home and have tried on multiple occasions to transfer my current plan to my new address. I have tried every way I can find over the last 3 weeks to contact TPG to no avail. Every link I click is dead and the chat hasn't once been available. I've also requested multiple emails and phone calls, only to hear nothing and continue paying for a service I can no longer use.

Please help me transfer my plan to my new address! If this isn't possible, I would like to SPEAK to someone about cancelling my plan and refunding the unused month of service.
