Moved house

I've moved into a new house and brought my TPG modem with me. To all appearances I'm good to go. TPG has said NBN is active and online at my new place and that I just need to plug in my modem, which I've done. However, for some reason the "Internet" light on the modem isn't on and I can't get it to work. Any useful suggestions would be much appreciated. Note: I've used the install guide to update my username and password settings in the modem.

Hi. The internet setup on Archer is on one page.

Select VDSL, VLAN ID Enable, VLAN ID = 2, PPPoE, userid with @TPG.com.au on end, password.

You could also try factory reset before configuration.
