Get online support

My internet access's been inconsistent since October

I have not had even 50% service since October when upgrades first started in Q4655 area. No service, minimal service that drops out whilst transmitting or using n wifi so poor at home I need to go to a shopping centre to phone, email etc. This is not the service I pay for. Please help.
