Hello my internet speed has dropped down to 53 mbps I am currently paying for alot higher then that is there some sort of issue atm ? . I also keep getting a so called Telstra person calling me saying they own the line and are propping up my speeds which seems funny.

Based on the remote tests, the modem appears to be only getting 59Mbps from the line. I have since raised the connection issue to our Engineering Team for further investigation.
Please ensure to leave the modem connected and turned on for remote testing purposes.
