Hello, I ordered NBN100 upgrade from NBN50 over 2 weeks ago and I'm still only on the NBN50
plan it seems (every time I test the speed* with your speed test I max at 50 Mbps) What on earth
is going on? and will I be refunded for the time someone hasn't bothered to turn on the "up speed
to NBN100" switch
* over once per day so far
