NBN 100 plan slower than when first connected

My NBN 100 plan connection speed has noticeably slowed down since it was first activated.
It's about half as fast regardless of the time it's being used.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and tested the line, but was not able to detect any fault within the NBN network.

 

Could you try to turn off the modem for 30 seconds, then turn it on again to refresh the connection?
