Get online support
I just joined TPG a few days since my previous provider cannot facilitate my upgrade to FTTP. I just got connected today and now i just found out that internet speed has been going up and down for the past weeks. This is not a good start for TPG. I moved here thinking you have the facilities to match other providers. Anyway just communicate with your customers properly, your support line is terrible I waited 2hrs and I still was not able to talk to anyone. PLease fix this problem before I cancel my subscription and move to a better provider.
