NBN Connection keeps dropping out

Good evening,

I've been with TPG for 10yrs and until now have found the service excellent. But recently things have deteriorated significantly.

I keep getting constant drop outs. I reboot the router but it just drops out again after a period of time.

And from searching through the community pages it seems I am far from alone. Please advise how I can have this fixed.
