My NBN FTTC SL connection has been down for more than 48 hours (3-5 May 2024). I logged a job with TPG 4 May 2024 at 1.30pm. I have received no update on the TPG job. There is no NBN outage at my address. I am located in the Sutherland Shire, Sydney. My modem router is: TP-Link Archer VR 1600 v.2.0
Rang TPG on the number provided in the job I logged phone number. Told I had to now fill out a form. She was rushed and wouldn't put me through to a manager. I hung up. What a joke!! I have been with TPG for years but I am leaving TPG. I have had to hot spot and have used 40g of mobile data while TPG Broadband service has been down 3 times in the last week. I need connectivity for work!!
