NBN HFC Box Flashing 2 Blue lights & 2 Green lights

My NBN HFC box has both the power & online lights flashing Green & the upstream & Downstream lights flashing Blue. I have checked the NBN outage map & there is No outage detected.

Thanks for raising this with us.

All of the lights on the NBN NTD box should be stable.

If some of it is flashing, then there might be a network fault or a device fault.

We' like to look into it as you've advised that your service is not affected by an outage.
