NBN Home Ultrafast

I was given a six month trial of the ultrafast plan back in February and was sent an email yesterday saying it was coming to an end tomorrow.

 

Firstly, the plan was not activated until 17 March when a technician had to come out and change some settings because the online help couldn't work it out, so I don't believe my six months is up.

 

Secondly, the email that was sent allowing me to upgrade doesn't seem to include a phone.  It appears to be internet only.  Can you please confirm?  If this is the case, is there any plan that is ultrafast that also includes the phone in a bundle?  I can't see any?

 

If there is no ultrafast plan that includes phone, this means I would have to go back to the plan I am on which appears to be an old plan called NBN Broadband XXL Bundle 100/40 and I am paying $109.99 per month.  I think the equivalent plans now are cheaper.  Could you please look into this for me?

Thanks for sending me your details, I was able to locate the account also confirm that the NBN Home Superfast and Ultrafast do not have a bundle VoIP service it is currently available for BYO modem/router. You will be able to use their own compatible
modem.

Sorry, I'm not really sure what you mean.  I already have the modem/router that TPG supplied a while back and it was working fine with the boosted speed over the last five months with the phone working, too.  So, I'm not sure what my options are now.

Sorry, I'm not really sure what you mean.  I already have the modem/router that TPG supplied a while back and it was working fine with the boosted speed over the last five months with the phone working, too.  So, I'm not sure what my options are now.

I noticed that you have not yet contacted by our Account specialists team, I chased this with them and made another arrangement of call for tomorrow between 10-12NN AEST.
