Get online support
Since 6pm yesterday my nbn connection keeps dropping out. Every 2 - 5mins or so it connects, then disconnects.
I've contacted support but it rang out. Did the support message thing.
My speed test is showing -3.03 Mbps But my speed should be 70+

Apologies for the trouble the connection issue is causing you. It appears that the connection issue is now raised to our Engineering team for further investigation.
An appointment has also been booked tomorrow, 22 January 2020 between 8AM-12NN.

Someone came said it was fixed. It wasn't. I contacted TPG again about it. No reply since. It's still not fixed. It keeps going on and off. and my download speed fluctuates. I'm now again waiting for someone to contact me.
