Get online support
A thunder storm broke my NBN FTTC NCD yesterday and I've been waiting on hold with TPG for hours trying to register it as broken. They've promised call backs, hung up on me, put me on never ending hold, told me the queue time is 'unusually long' etc etc etc.
What a broken system. No reponse, no accountability, no solutions. Buck passing between NBN and TPG on responsibility.
How do I get someone to address the issue?
