I have got my new TPG plan last Sunday. These days, TPG kept sending me e-mail ask me to plug in my modem so I can use the service. However, finally I've got my modem today and followed the steps to set it up. I just can't connect to the internet. I checked my inbox and realized I haven't got any e-mail about my UNI-D. Therefore I tried each of them but none works.
So, have my service been activated yet?
You even said would call me today but I didn't get the call neither.
