NBN Random Drop Outs

Hi,

We are suffering more and more from frequent NBN dropouts. Now this is dropping out regulary through the day for minutes at a time and is very frustrating. This has got worse over the last few weeks.

Please can you resolve ASAP.

The account that we have on file is under the TPG FTTB service. Could you please send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number for your NBN service? We'd like to look into it further for better understanding of the situation and see what we can do to resolve this as soon as possible.
