Hi, got modem for NBN. Plugged it in, showing that i need to sign in to wifi network n if problem persists contact support. Was on hold for 1hr plus yesterday n was disconnected n still on hold for 2 hour 15 minutes ++++ need to use internet!!! Any suggestions

For customers who would like to check the status of their service installation/activation, we have created this community article, which contains a video on How to track your TPG service installation
