NBN Service Still Offline

Hi All,

We received a notification of planned maintenance for 12:00AM - 6:00AM today. The service is still not back online and there are no outages reported on the NBN Service Status Page.

I checked the modem again. The only light on is the power light. All other lights were off. I have to power cycle it one more time. The NBN modem itself seems fine. Thanks
