Get online support
Hi TPG support,
We had NBN superfast broadband installed at our address less than a week ago.
Connection started out great, however in the last 3 days our service has been dropping out continually.
NBN box stays illuminated. The "internet" light on the modem does not stay on. I have tried turning the modem off and on with no change.
I am in dire need of a reliable connection as I am a teacher that has transitioned to online classes.
Would really appreciate a quick resolution.
