Get online support
My NBN service was installed today. I have received an email from TPG to say that "your NBN service is installed but we can't see you online. I was given a link to follow (link.tpg.com.au/xMoUBn) however it is not clear what to do.
My modem is Model VX220-G2v.
It is currently connected to the phone line and my SMART TV.
Can you advise which instructions to follow to set up, please?

But as a matter of interest, when my setup was converted to FTTP, everything was OK and running smoothly but I still got several 'we can't see you' messages.
