NBN and wifi connection

I checked both NBN and TPG service page, and there is no outage in my area. But it is just cannot get connected since this morning. At this moment the upstream light, downstream light, power and online are green on NBN box whereas power, 2.4G, 5G and WAN are solid green on TPG modem. Turned off and on many times, but no progress, please help.

Hi @srijay33 . Wht model wifi router do you have?
Can you check to see that it still has your username and password in the PPPoE settings?

If your router has a System Log, save it to your computer, then copy and paste the last 30 lines in your reply. It may have a clue to problem.
