Hi @Skarki1111,

 

We have since raised your concern to our Provisioning Team to chase an update with NBN Co. regardig the activation of your service. 

 

Pelase ensure that you have both modems connected and turned on for remote testing purposes. 

 

Updates will be provided via phone call or SMS.
