Hi hkandn, this could indicate a possible fault in the network. If resetting the NCD doesn't work, send us a private message with your customer ID or username so we can run some tests here.

Hi there,

Have this issue since late last night. NBN connection box light flashing red and making constant clicking noise every few seconds. I turned it off and turned it back on this morning and the light keep blinking blue and occassionally red then i think it reset itself  back to blinking blue. I read that i need to contact TPG to resolve this. Could TPG please investigate this issue?
