I can confirm an NBN tech appointment is booked for 4/7, 1-5pm for you NBN-FTTN 100/40 service.
New installs can take 2-30days for NBN.
It is unfortunate there is an issue once it was commissioned but if it is within the NBN network, it is out of TPG's control. We will arrange to get it sorted ASAP.
