Hi. The NBN box has a red blinking light and is clicking. We have no internet.
Followed the TPG trouble shooting guide and no change. Next step suggested on TPG support site was to contact TPG. Have tried a few times to get through to TPG support by telephone. not getting pickup.
how do I report this if I can't get through? Presume a new box gets sent out out once I can speak to TPG? Any suggestions?
