Get online support
My NBN connection has been dropping out constantly for the last 4 days (30+ times a day).
I can disconnect / reconnect in the admin (EWAN) page and it works for a while but then drops out again. I've tried resetting modem, swapping modem, disconnecting everything connected to modem all with the same problem. I logged a fault but just got some bizzare comments about possible power adapter issue or damaged cables (with a cables/adapter that has worked for 2+ years). Agent didn't want to listen to my description of issue but promised to call back in 1 hour so I could provide rating of the supplied power adapter (despite me saying that I had swapped router, and that adpter had worked for 2+ years). The promised call never happened.
My internet is so unstable it is unusable as not long after I reconnect it disconnects again. I am at the point of swapping provider this week (at least other providers modems are high quality with 4G backup).

Upon checking the recent update on the lodged fault, the assigned Engineer needs to do comparative testing to identify what's causing the issue.
