Hello,
I am trying to connect a new modem to the NBN of my new home. I have connected devices as shown in figures , and received an email said NBN service active, but I still cannot connect to the Internet. My modem model is TP-link TD-W9970, and the plan is NBN Broadband SL Bundle 100. Can anyone help? thanks.

Hi @mkuy5566 . What type of NBN connection do you have?

Did you have ADSL before and have changed to NBN?

The ADSL splitter is not used with NBN.

If the white box on wall is FTTP, you use ethernet cable from LAN4/WAN port on W9970 to UNI-D? port on FTTP box. The email says what port to use.

If you use a VOIP phone service, the phone connects to UNI-D1 port on FTTP box.

You have to configure the W9970 for NBN connection.

This article may help.
