NBN keeps dropping out and slow

Hi TPG our nbn keeps dropping out and speeds are quite slow. Been happening for a month or so now. Has happened before and you guys solved the issue early this year wondering if you could run some tests again, cheers

I have the same issues and have lodged a complaint.
Impossible to work from home.
Had to download TPG app using phone data.
Told to test speed (could take 5 min), Well impossible when there is no internet connection!

Thanks for raising this with us.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and understand that you've been in touch with our Tech team.

 

The case has been raised to our Engineers for further investigation as there's a possible fault within the NBN line.

Updates will be given by an assigned Engineer via SMS or phone call within 24 to 48 hours.
