Since a power outage on Christmas Day our internet not working. NBN Modem has first two lights solid blue. 2nd light was initially flashing red but when I powered off and reset it went back to blue. Cannot get dsl or lan light working have powered off both modems and reset both modems. Everything indicates a tech visit will be required. Have tried different cords and none resolve the issue. Have lodged a fault with no response and can’t get through in phone. Service needed immediately please help!
