NBN not working.

Basically, the NBN box has the power and optical lights ON. When I connect Exetel modem from WLAN to UNI-D1 (NBN box), those lights do not turn ON, the only lights ON at the modem are Power and WLAN. It looks like the modem does not connect to the NBN box.
