NBN outage black box out

Hi,

I can't speak to anyone on the phone, you don't take my call.

My NBN black box is off, no lights.

There was a big storm here last night.

Nothing is working.

I need to arrange a call out now as I work from home tomorrow and must have this working.

Please advise. Thanks.
