What type of NBN connection do you have and what model router?
Can you login to router admin and check Bandwidth Control.
Is it enabled? Is there a value for Upstream Bandwidth?

We were able to locate your account and we tested the line, but was not able to detect any fault.
The modem/router is getting a good connection speed with 49.4 Mbps Downstream and 16.8 Mbps Upstream.
Did you test the speed via WiFi or Wired connection? If via WiFi, are you connected to the 2.4GHz or 5GHz band network?
