NBN outage since Monday 11 March - NBN says all good!

Hello,

 

I have no internet since the NBN planned outage on 11 March. The NBN modem is flashing. Reset or reboot doesn't fix the issue. I tried to do the test from my account page from work or mobile - no result. Nobody answer the support line. Can you please assist. The customer service is not good at all! Thank you.
