We noticed that there is no connection from the modem/router to our network, we'd like to confirm if the device is off, if not we'd like to have one of our Technicians to contact you for real-time test and investigation.

The connection was intermittent since 9.45pm then it went dead at 10pm AWST 23 December. Could you please look into this ASAP?
