NBN outage

My NBN has yet again gone offline.

There was a bit of a storm. The black box is probably broken again, not loading as it should do.

The last technician told me the fry out all the time.

 

Need to get this sorted now. I am working on helping people in flood-affected areas every day, I must have the NBN working, not an option.

Please advise, I've been waiting on the phone for 25 mins now!

Thanks for raising this with us.

 

We've tested the line and was able to detect the NBN NTD box, but it shows that the modem/router is not connected to it.

 

Was there any changes with your setup? What's the light status of the NBN NTD box and the modem/router?

Please make sure that the cable connecting the devices is not loose.

Hi,

 

Modem is connected via ethernet cable.

Nothing has changed, it's just been working as is all ok until now.

All 4 lights are on the NBN box but the modem is not picking up the service at all. Not all lights on modem box.

Cables are fine, all brand new ones.

Hi,

 

I just restarted the NBN box and modem now.

The NBN box cycles through, when it gets to the last light, it restarts again. Then keeps doing that over and over. Not stable.

Nothing is working.

I need a technician out here now to get this fixed. As I said, I have an important job at the moment and can't be off line. People's lives and homes depend on it.
